Sessions that encourage quality education and practical skills to address social and industrial requirements — with the goal of making the department a centre of healthcare excellence.
The cell prepares students for industry well before campus drives begin — resumes, mock interviews, soft-skills training and industry exposure.
The College has a dedicated Training & Placement Cell that invites major pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations to campus. Students are shortlisted on merit, industry requirements and their own interests; the list is forwarded to relevant industries, and candidates are assessed and interviewed on campus.
To strengthen campus placements, the college has signed MOUs with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, hospitals and research institutions. The cell is led by a full-time Placement Officer and has full audiovisual facilities for presentations, written tests, group discussions and interviews. Alongside placements, it runs programmes in personality development, communication skills, career planning, case studies and internships.
