All amounts are per academic year. Tuition reimbursement is available through state ePass for eligible students.

How to pay your fees.
Fees can be paid by demand draft drawn in favour of "Vaagdevi College of Pharmacy" payable at Warangal, by online transfer to the institutional account, or by card / UPI at the office during working hours.
For the current bank account details, please refer to the official fee circular or contact the admissions cell. Always retain the receipt — it is required for ePass claims and any future refund request.

Refund slabs follow AICTE and state norms. The accordion below summarizes the current policy.
Refund slab — withdrawal before classes commence
Full tuition refund minus a processing fee, as per AICTE / state refund policy in effect for the current academic year.
Refund slab — withdrawal within 15 days of classes
Pro-rated refund of tuition, with deduction for the period attended and processing charges.
Refund slab — withdrawal after 15 days
Refund is governed by current AICTE / state norms. Refund of refundable deposits (caution money) is processed separately.
Documents required for refund
Original fee receipt, no-dues certificate, identity proof, bank details and a written withdrawal application addressed to the principal.
