Two faculty from the Department of Pharmaceutics, with a Ph.D scholar as co-author, have published a peer-reviewed research article in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Elsevier, IF 3.4) in its May 2026 issue.
The paper investigates lipid-nanoparticle carriers for the oral delivery of a model anti-tubercular drug, with promising bioavailability improvements observed in animal models. The work was supported by a grant from the Telangana State pharmaceutical-sciences research programme.
The Research & Development committee will host a faculty seminar on the findings on 22 May at 11:00 AM in the seminar hall. Faculty and PG students from all departments are welcome.
